Shop fabrication tied to field measurements
Equipment ordered for an expansion rarely lands in a clean greenfield. Omineca fabricates conveyors, chutes, screw feeders and supporting steel in the shop against measurements taken from the existing line, so field time is spent installing rather than reworking.

Projects like kiln track replacement involve concrete, structural steel and precision setting of the track itself. Keeping those inside one contractor's scope means the mill is not managing the seam between a civil contractor and a millwright crew.
